Morbidology is a weekly true crime podcast created and hosted by Emily G. Thompson. Using investigative research combined with primary audio, Morbidology takes an in-depth look at true crime cases from all across the world.

It was Thanksgiving weekend of 1992 when Sara Tokars was returning home to Marietta, Georgia, from Bradenton, Florida, with her two young sons. When she entered the darkened home, she saw a man standing in the kitchen armed with a shotgun. Initially, Sara believed that the man was there to rob them. However, the man then forced the family back into their SUV parked on the driveway.
