Morbidology Podcast

The article continues below

Morbidology is a weekly true crime podcast created and hosted by Emily G. Thompson. Using investigative research combined with primary audio, Morbidology takes an in-depth look at true crime cases from all across the world.

A collective fear that many women face is walking alone at night-time. Most women can relate to the sense of terror that washes over when you think that somebody could be following you or watching you. In Columbus, Ohio, in 2017, a young woman vanished while walking to her parked car after finishing her shift at a local bar. The investigation would reveal many systemic failures in Ohio’s justice system and lead to a change in law. It would also give legitimacy to the collective fear of walking alone at night.
