First paragraph you write that they were raising two children then go to the second paragraph and it’s said that the couple had 3 children.

We never found out who took her, and likely never will. Both her and her abductor are most likely dead (if her father did take her, he died in 2017), or her abductor left the area and will never be found. All DNA from the scene is gone forever, that is, there already wasn’t any prints found on the window screen. Her case will remain active, but we will almost never find her kidnapper.
