BOTH of these victims were publically identified! Bitter Creek Betty was 24-year-old Irene Vasquez, while Sheridan County Jane Doe was 21-year-old Cindi Estrada.
Their killer, Clark Perry Baldwin, unfortunately died before he could be tried for the murders. Frustrating.

However, I’m glad these two beautiful women were able to get their names back. They didn’t deserve to die so violently at such a young age. Rest in piece Irene and Cindi.

Thanks for the update Faith. I knew it would have to be a truck driver due to Sheridan Jane Doe being found where trucks pull up and Racine county Jane Doe being described as a leaper, hitchhiker. May they have their real names returned to them and rest in peace.
