You can never be too careful. Especially in this day and age age. That poor girl was let down by her mom,CPS and others involved! I feel sorry for her dad, as it seems he did try to help his daughter. If it was me I’d of took my daughter regardless of “kidnapping charges” I wouldn’t have stopped till it was investigated properly and thoroughly! I’ll never understand child cruelty as well as other crimes including animal cruelty too. They’re just sick, disgusting people that need one between the eyes! They obviously can’t be rehabilitated because none of them have remorse and only get emotional for their own sake of being caught!!
