Bill Kasilo was in his van listening to the radio in the campsite at Oceanside Harbour, California, on the night of 14 November, 1998. It was a quiet night, but that stillness was shattered by a deafening scream. Bill followed the source of the sound to the nearby public restroom. What he encountered was a scene straight out of a horror movie….
