Ppl take their infants and get their ears pierced. Unless you live under a rock you would know it’s normal. And it doesn’t matter what you wouldn’t do because you aren’t the victims and pierced ears has nothing to do with rape and murder

Another pedant I see. ‘West Australians’ is far more prevalent in common and colloquial usage than ‘Western Australians’. This is evidenced by its frequent usage in mainstream West(ern) Australian media and national media. To bring this up as something to be corrected is being pedantic for pedantic sake. I refer to myself as a ‘West Australian’ not the more correct ‘Western Australian’.

I’m in the USA and my daughter was born in 1991. My sister in law took her shopping one day and had her ears pierced when she was 6 months old. I don’t think it was rare to have girls getting ear piercings at a young age. 💛

Oh c’mon! It’s not that hard to figure out. Surely you were taught in junior school that when it’s winter in the northern hemisphere, it’s summer in the southern hemisphere (i.e. Australia is in the southern hemisphere).
