I’m sorry this happened to you. Have you spoken with the police - it could really assist them in the investigation?

I can't believe that I haven't heard this story before. When I read it, it sent chills through me.
When I was 18 in 1983 I boarded the last train from London to Bromley.
I thought I was safe in the 'sealed' empty carriage as no one could get in while we were moving. However, just as the train began to move a man jumped on board. He sat at the opposite end to me but he was staring at me constantly and after maybe 10 minutes he moved and sat opposite me. He just sat there staring at me. I was terrified. It was the fast train and when it stopped at Catford I jumped off and ran back down the platform to a bigger carriage. He tried to get off but the train started moving. When it stopped at my station I ran like the wind to get home, fearful every step of the way that he was behind me.
