They said she was Partially Nude no shirt on but she had a jacket on that was open in the front & her panties wer pretty much taken off. It doesn’t say if they did a rape kit or not but if they didn’t they definitely should have. Honestly I think it was the boyfriend because if he was innocent why would he refuse to talk to the parents & the cops & refuse to take a Lie detector test.
